Ingredients


3 Cups of chicken or meat stock
Frozen Givrex Vegetables for Soup

Preparation

Bring 3 cups of chicken or meat stock to a boil in a heavy sauce pot.

Add the frozen Givrex Vegetables for Soup.

Simmer on a moderate heat for about 10 minutes until desired tenderness.

Season to taste with salt and lemon juice as desired. Serve it hot.
