At Givrex we receive the fresh garlic bulbs harvested at the best maturity.

The bulbs are manually peeled to preserve each clove whole and intact, washed, blanched, and frozen to retain their white color and rich characteristic flavor.
Garlic crushed or sliced is added to many recipes to enhance their taste.
