Fresh dark and shiny eggplant / aubergines
are chosen for this product. The
nicely curved eggplant / aubergines are
washed, sliced in a uniform thickness and
grilled to obtain visible grill marks on each
slice then frozen.
Grilled Zucchini
Fresh bright green zucchini are washed,
carefully sliced and grilled on both sides
to obtain visible grill marks on each slice
then frozen. With the GIVREX expertise,
the subtle taste of zucchini is well preserved.
