Preparation

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add in a diced onion and sauté until lightly brown.

Stir in 1/2 a kilo of meat cubes, sauté until browned.

Add the necessary hot water to cook it.

Season to taste with salt and condiments as desired.

Add the frozen Givrex Artichokes; simmer in the sauce until cooked.
